how to instal that :

• download that 2 link above ,. themes and icon pack
• place in your root of sd card (place out side)
• go into CWM recovery and instal Themes and than reboot you phone 
• same for the icon pack , just go into recovery (stock or CWM recovery is OK) and instal that , reboot
• if you want to go back to default theme V5 just flash no 3 with CWM recofry
• ENJOY :)
