How to Flash :

-Go to cwm
-Do full Data wiping and cache
-Install .zip from sdcard
-Choose ussrv8_evanlocked@ogy@xda.zip
-Do not directly reboot (Go to Advance and Choose "reboot recovery" and do Wipe Data and cache)
-Now you can Reboot your phone :)
